Of the many different forms of event technology we’ve implemented for Nationwide, one of the most interesting was the social forum platform we developed for their Being Number One roadshows.
This hugely popular forum connected the 4000 strong, Customer Service & Operations department to discuss topics of conversation from each roadshow.
Our powerful software opened a dialogue between teams and individuals – including thought cloud tools for content collaboration. A ‘hashtag wall’ visually realised the results, with the forum proving to be a hugely successful team building tool.

Our relationship with Nationwide has also seen us deliver numerous mobile event apps, the most recent of which was an integral part of their prestigious Annual Awards event.
The app was a resounding success and a key part of delivering an unforgettable experience for those in attendance. It boasted a 94% engagement score and more than 409 unique actions per user on the event day itself, all contributing to a thoroughly delighted client.
Support and client management throughout was seamless and we found the team extremely enjoyable to work with on something we hadn’t used before. The ability to download app statistics quickly, meant we could manage our stakeholders and provide measurement when needed, often at short notice. Overall the success of the event app was a reflection of all the hard work, commitment and support from the team.
