Of the many different forms of event technology we’ve implemented for Nationwide, one of the most interesting was the social forum platform we developed for their Being Number One roadshows.
This hugely popular forum connected the 4000 strong, Customer Service & Operations department to discuss topics of conversation from each roadshow.
Our powerful software opened a dialogue between teams and individuals – including thought cloud tools for content collaboration. A ‘hashtag wall’ visually realised the results, with the forum proving to be a hugely successful team building tool.
